Everything is energy. And much like our cell phones and electric devices that we utilize frequently, our battery gets lower as the day goes on. We probably should recharge more often and effectively.
Although, as humans, we have more energy flowing through our bodies than we can honestly imagine, we need to recharge and power up beyond just a good night's sleep or a power nap.
There are countless numbers of ways to regain energy during a busy day. Here are four easy things you can do to recharge daily.
- Recite your favorite mantra or affirmation or even recite it aloud if you're open to it.
- Engage with various spiritual crystals such as selenite, citrine, amethyst, carnelian or black obsidian. These unique crystals have several beneficial properties, such as healing, revitalizing, and attracting peace and energy.
- Staying hydrated with a nice glass of water or going near water is the most underrated form of recharging, but it works like a charm.
- Meditating and taking a few deep breaths before or after is a great way to rejuvenate. The most effective recharge takes place when we realize it's time to. And with only twenty-four hours a day, we need all the boosts we can get.Â
Life will always be busy and demand our attention, but it is time we take charge and recharge. After all, nothing beats a full battery.Â
